2GOBIKE. (“2GOBIKE”) respects the privacy of its customers and visitors and ensures that the personal information you provide us is treated confidentially.

Treatment purposes

Your personal data may be processed for various purposes. The different purposes are as follows:

Rent

If you decide to book a bike with us, we will process your name, address, phone number and email address in our system. When the bike is delivered, we also write down your ID number or a copy of your ID will be made, so the passport photo and BSN will be made unreadable. The data is processed for the purpose of reserving your bike, the implementation of the rental agreement, for identification, in connection with the handling of theft and (damage) claims and the preparation of the invoice.

Contact

If you want 2GOBIKE to contact you, you can fill out the contact form on our website. By completing this form, we process your name, your address, your email address and your phone number. You can also contact us by phone, through Social Networks and/or through WhatsApp. In that case, we also process the aforementioned data.

Financial administration

2GOBIKE is legally obliged to keep this invoice when sending you an invoice. The same applies to the rental agreement. Your name, address, email address and telephone number are processed for the purpose of drawing up the rental agreement and invoice.

2GOBIKE processes personal data for the execution of the agreement(s) concluded between you and it, for the benefit of a legal obligation, in the context of the representation of legitimate interests and/or on the basis of a permission or legal obligation granted by you. Sharing personal data with third parties

2GOBIKE processes the aforementioned personal data for its own purposes. For the treatment, it does use third parties (in charge of the treatment) who, due to their mission, also have to process your personal data. Those are:

Services are understood as: financial services, personnel services, marketing activities, service purposes and sales purposes. Therefore, 2GOBIKE SL. knowledge of the following personal data: your name, address details, email address and/or telephone number and any transaction data (pin).

If you have indicated it, please receive the newsletter, brochure and/or any interesting offer from 2GOBIKE SL. google ads

2GOBIKE may upload your email address to Google Ads for marketing purposes. Google Ads can use this to create so-called “lookalike audiences” (equal target groups) so that 2GOBIKE can advertise more relevantly. Google Ads does not share your email address with third parties. Other third parties

In addition to the third parties described above, we also use the following tools that do not share personal data. These third parties do not process personal data nor do they process this data anonymously. This refers to Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.

Security

We treat the personal data you entrust to us with care and take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. This way we make sure that only the necessary people have access to your data. For example, all data sent between the user and the web server is sent over a secure SSL connection and we make sure that the website always has the latest updates.

The CRM and ERP system of 2GOBIKE SL. are GDPR compliant. This means that the systems meet high quality and safety standards and are regularly updated. All systems are protected by a high-end firewall as an added layer of security.

Access, rectification and right of opposition
